Into a snifter.
Appearance: very dark brown close to black in color with a finger's worth of tan foamy head which trailed off at a nice pace but barely left any lace.
Aroma: dark malts, good roast, black coffee, subtle cocoa powder with maple sweetness and some cinnamon
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet & roasty quality with a light cinnamon spice at the end; finishes mostly sweet with just a speck of cinnamon
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; good smoothness with nothing much distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: very nicely done impy I would return to.
