"Why don't you guys brew IPAs?!" This is the question that we get on a daily if not hourly basis in the tasting room at our brewery. Our answer? We do, everyone just drinks them too quickly so we never have them on tap. That being said we decided to try our hand at one of these newfangled, hazy, juicy, New England style versions. We brewed this beer to essentially be orange juice. It was brewed with a mixture of English malt, oats and wheat for a soft elegant mouthfeel and then hopped to hell and double dry-hopped with some of our favorite varieties. A touch of fresh squeezed orange juice and zest at the end of boil adds an even softer mouthfeel and more notes of OJ. It's what you want.
