Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a three and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: crisp floral to earthy to slightly grassy hop spicy hop notes with a clean malty underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to undercut spicy note; finishes slightly earthy and grassy hop spiced
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; great smoothness but also a little bit of the hop notes nicking the tongue slightly - mostly non-offensive
Overall: pretty good good for the most part, I just wonder if there may have been a slight over use of the Czech Saaz hops in this? hmmmm...still, I think I could come back to this.
