While heavily fruited sour beers are more popular than ever, they often come at the expense of shelf stability and longevity when packaged with unfermented fruit. For this reason, we fully ferment all of the fruit prior to packaging in order to prevent quality issues down the line. While the finished product might not have a “fruit smoothie” consistency, the featured fruit flavors are still very much front and center. This fifth iteration is packed with peaches and has a well balanced tartness which nicely compliments the intense fruit flavor. We switched things up a little for this version by adding lactose to the recipe. This helps to add body and residual sweetness
