A unique blend of Saison yeast strains provide a bold and expressive character at first sip with notes of lemon, spice and a hint of clove along with a bone dry body and lively carbonation. Fieldstones is lightly dry hopped with French Elixer and German Hallertau Mittelfrüh which provide a pleasant citrus and floral finish with surprising depth of character.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: crushed clove, lemony with some floral tones and a clean malty backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-spicy quality; finishes clean and dry with a floral hop tone
Texture: light to medium bodied - perhaps closer to light; very sessionable; very smooth along the tongue - with not much distracting; good carb level
Overall: I wouldn't mind coming back to this with some lobster tails or grilled swordfish.
