On tap at Fremont - Columbia City, pours an opaque reddish pink with a small white head. Nose has plenty of fuzzy raspberry skins, with subdued lacto. Flavour is bone dry, with dry raspberry skins, hints of lacto, and straw. Nice fruity character, fermented out nicely, without any yogurty character. Good raspberry kettle sour.
