We here at Trap Door are obsessed with fresh hop season. So much so, that we sourced a new experimental frozen version to recreate our GABF Gold winning Fresher than Fresh and bring you all the freshie goodness outside of the harvest season. We used Frozen Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Nelson to give big dank berry and tropical fruity flavors, along with that specialness we love from traditional fresh hops. We hope this satisfies your craving for fresh hop beer long enough to make it to the upcoming harvest!

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of bright piney hops, some tangy notes, and just enough biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with bitingly bitter piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and a touch of citrus tang. Good pine character and well-balanced. Very good.
