REALMS is a hoppy rustic pastoral pale.
This brew sets off on a full rolling field of Bestmalz Heidelberg, Spelt, Malted Wheat, Jumbo Oats, Carapils, & Chit Malts. We fermented this rural wonder in Lallemand Farmhouse yeast, which adds a dry, phenolic spice to the smooth, savoury backbone. Finally, this pastoral scene is brought to life with some big trop-pop mango hoppy goodness.

Keg at the tap. Keg at the tap. Haxy pale gold. Foamy white head. Aroma is less fruity than I expected - more grainy and malted with sweet fruitiness then appearing into the finish. Light. Thin. Soft-average carbonation. Relatively abrupt dry finish. Nice but not fantastic

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Nose is white grape, grapefruit, passionfruit. Taste is white grape, gooseberry, white pepper, passionfruit. Spicy sweet finish.
