Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours golden yellow with a small scummy almost white head and good lacing. The aroma is mostly malts with hints of mango and melon. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy but with a little underlying bitterness. Flavour is mainly malts and tropical fruits (peach and passion fruit) with little citrus coming through later. Finish is somewhat dry. This is reasonable โ but itโs not really an IPA. Not much evidence of hops at all.
