16 oz draft at Dino’s Grotto poured into a standard pint glass. Black with dark brown hues around the edges and a light tan head. Aromas of roasty notes, dark chocolate, caramel, a little piney and floral notes. Tasting notes of roast, dark chocolate, pine, floral notes, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

4oz pour at DC Brau. Pours a watery, translucent mahogany brown with lots of fluffy off white head. Nose has malt, rubber, toast, bread crust, some lemon. Flavor is too, orange peel, lemon, rubber, toast, cracker, some burnt brussel sprout. Bitter finish.
