Southern Hemisphere Pilsner—a premium classic with a little Kiwi swagger. Brewed with Pilsner, Flaked Rice, and Flaked Wheat, this crisp lager was lagered for six weeks to achieve peak clarity and smoothness. Styled after our flagship Pilsner but made NZ fancy, it’s hopped with HBC 1134, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin for subtle notes of peach, white grape, and lemongrass. Clean, refined, and effortlessly refreshing, it delivers elegance without losing its edge. Think traditional structure with a passport stamp. Down under never tasted so polished.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Seattle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is fairly subdued, with gentle green melon and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly crisp, but not too reminiscent of NZ hops—with grassy crispness and a dry biscuity malt base. Finishes crisp and dry, but pretty characterless. Disappointing.
