Crafted in celebration of @function_pdx’s 8th Anniversary, this special collaboration cider from Yonder Cider is a custom blend of Wickson Crab and Kingston Black apples – two varietals known for their bold character and complexity.
Bright and dry-leaning, it opens with delicate aromas of honeydew melon and fresh apple. On the palate, notes of tart kiwi and white peach lead the way, finishing with a burst of ripe strawberry. The result is a beautifully balanced cider that walks the line between vibrant tartness and subtle sweetness.
We’re honored to be the only cider among the eight incredible producers featured in this collab - bringing a little apple-driven magic to the mix.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Seattle, pours a clear very dull, faded copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has light overtones of cinnamon, gentle acidity, and apple core. Flavour has plenty of apple core, a hint of cinnamon, light acidity, and crisp apple skins. Competent but not particularly intriguing.
