This West Coast Pilsner we brewed with Cellarmaker Brewery gets more than a micro dose of hops. Simcoe, Motueka, and Mosaic Incognito were used in the boil and whirlpool to compliment the New Zealand Cascade and Simcoe dry hop.

On tap at Great Notion - Ballard, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of dankness, some allium, grassiness, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly easy-going for the style, with gentle dankness, some pine, grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, somewhat mineraly, and clean. Good stuff.
