American IPA brewed & dry-hopped with Amarillo hops, as well as Centennial & Cascade. Juicy Amarillo-driven orange aromas underscored by earthy notes; bold & bitter.

Draft at the source. Huge bright white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of huge pineapple, citrus, tropical fruit juice. Taste is bitter lemon, lemongrass, pine. Really tasty.

4 oz draft pour at Bluejacket. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, pine, citrus fruit and peel, caramel. Tastes of grapefruit citrus fruit and peel, pine, floral notes, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish. Medium carbonation. Definitely get that Amarillo hop.

Taster pour at the source. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow-orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was some floral notes, touch of pine. No onion or other distracting flavors. Flavor was a touch earthy, some light bitter orange peel. Probably the best IPA they’ve made.
