Cask at Churchkey. Cloudy golden color, large bubble head. Aroma of dill on a hot background with grapefruit. Taste is herbal and complex, dry finish. I’m not sure that garlic belongs in a beer.

4oz cask pour at Churchkey. Poured a clear orange color with a slightly foamy white head. Aroma had lost virtually all it’s base beer notes - replaced by dill and garlic. While I’ve enjoyed other cask variations of OTWOA - even the spicy Habanero variant of this held up it’s base characteristics better. Lots of dill notes, spicy garlic juice. I love pickles, but this just didn’t quite hit the mark for some reason. I’d love to try this one with just dill (maybe mustard seeds too?) and see how that goes.

This is certainly a result of someone spilling their dinner into the fermenter before the yeast had taken hold. Pours cloudy with some orange. Finishes like dill and garlic. What does dill taste like, sour? Sweet? Bitter? The sixth taste. Some herby bitterness. Tap thanks to radagast at Churchkey.

4 oz cask pour at ChurchKey shared by Travlr. Thanks Gene! Hazy apricot yellow with off-white head. Aromas of dill and garlic. Tastes of dill, garlic, citrus, pine, bitter hops. Light body with a dry finish. Strange.
