Brewed with 100% German malts and hops, this German Style Pilsner took over 100 days from grain to glass. Although this light, crisp lager is super crushable, we recommend taking your time enjoying it, just like we took our time brewing it.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a half a finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: subtle floral to earthy to grassy hops with a light clean biscuity/bready malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet quality; finishes crisp and clean
Texture: light bodied; very sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting - just a great even flow; good carb level and barely any hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: such an easy drinker of a lager I could drink straight out of the can next time and possibly next to my grill.
