Japanese style pilsener. This beer features beautiful Steffi Pilsner malt from @lincmalt & @coldstreammalt, pearl rice and a gentle hopping of Saphir and Hüll Melon.
Crisp, but not dry, this beer shines with notes of fresh brioche, honeydew melon and lemon blossom unified by bright minerality and effervescence.

Tavour: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is flowers, lemons, melons. Taste is lightly sweet. Not really bitter. Not really crisp. Pretty drinkable.

Aromas are mainly malt with touches of floral, spice and rice. Flavors are similar to nose. Starts off slightly sweet going to bittersweet and back to a mild sweet finish. Decent body and carbonation. Pretty good rice pilsner.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with an extremely transient white head. Aroma of green melon and citrus. Med body. Fairly dry. Fairly bitter. Flavor is something like tea, green melon, citrus and something that might be rice. Not so malty as barley. Interesting and good flavor.
