Earthy fruity, minimally vinous fruity, hoppy and yeasty spicy aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of pear, apple, a touch of white grapes, some black pepper, white pepper. Taste is minimally grainy and bready, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and mildly yeasty spicy, mildly bitter, slightly earthy-leafy, grassy and vinous fruity hoppy, low residual sweetness, hints of mandarine, pear, apple, white grapes, a touch of white pepper, black pepper.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Nice composition, mild, balanced, fairly complex, surprisingly drinkable for a rather hearty beer - good.

Hefiger, angenehm süßlicher Beginn. Würzig, trocken kräutrig, milde Herbe, weich. Unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, ziemlich trocken, zum Ende nochmal würziger werdend, zunehmend herb. Gelungen. 11/10/11/10/12/10
