Corn lager brewed with malted corn, German Vienna malt, pilsner malt and hopped modestly with HBC 1134 from Yakima Chief. Fermented cold and slowly, we preserved the natural carbonation for a lively display of glowing yellow, delicious springtime enjoyment. Notes of young hay, lime peel, and honeysuckle. Clean palate with a soft finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a large foamy white head that persisted. Aroma is grainy/corny with Noble notes. Med body. It's fairly towards dry and a good dose of bitterness. Corny/grainy and grass/spice do the flavor for me. Slight hint of lime comes forth. Or maybe that's because I had limes with tacos yesterday. I do think it's really light lime tho.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interbay, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle grains, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour has plenty of corn, with straw, toasted grains, and dry biscuity malt. Dry, clean, and eminently drinkable; not a hint of murkiness. As good as the style gets.
