We make this beer every winter to commemorate our anniversary, age it for 10-12 months in oak barrels, and then carefully blend it into each previous vintage. The result is an ever-evolving cornucopia of rich, warm flavors. Features elements of cherry, plum, oak, and vanilla. Thank you for helping us celebrate 7 years of beers!

355mL can, pours a clear dark amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma has plenty of toasted caramel, toasted oak, bready malt, and a touch of red berries. Flavour has plenty of oak, alcohol, bready malt, a touch of bourbon, and toasted caramel. There’s also some metallic character. As it warms, the malts demonstrate more complexity. The barrels aren’t that expressive. Good blend but far from an elite barleywine.
