Pilsner style lager brewed with single origin California grown Butta 12 barley. Step mashed for a crisp body. Paired with Perle & Riwaka hops from Seitz Farm and Freestyle hops respectively.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear yellow to almost copper color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: earthy spicy hops up front with a light floral to almost freshly cut grassy tone to them; then a slight lime hop note in the middle with a great clean malty backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-spicy hop tone with the great malty intermingling for a balanced sweet vibe; finishes mostly leaning into the spicy to earthy and malty clean notes
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue; good carb
Overall: pretty nicely done "modernized" pilsener I would very much welcome again.
