On tap at Grand Central, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma doesn’t really express the Riwaka in its full-throttled form; there’s herbaceous notes, obvious bittering hops, maybe a little citrus zest. Flavour confirms this impression, bringing out a rather herbal, almost vegetal character. That’s unfortunate—not a good hop expression.
