Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear yellow color with a finger and a half's worth of white frothy head which dissipated in a messy way and left some messy lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity to bready malts; light notes of freshly cut grass along with some floral hop tones
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes semi-dry with a touch of sweet floral tones
Texture: light bodied; very sessionable; clean smoothness - nothing distracting anywhere - just a good even flow; good carb level
Overall: nice enough lager worthy of crushing again and maybe next time straight out of the can.
