Collab w/ Scotty Lynch and Fardowners Restaurant in Crozet. This beer takes its name from the Gaelic word for tunnel, a nod to the Irish Fardowners who left their mark by digging the first railway tunnels through the Blue Ridge Mountains! This year's hop is the tropical Australian hop Ella to complement the earth, spicy, peppery finish of the rye.

Draft at Sedona Charlottesville. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a thin frothy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of floral, citrus hops and a strong rye bite. Faint bit of tea tree. The taste is floral hops, rye, melon, pale malts. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
