After extensive deliberation, we designed this beer to highlight our favorite flavors of some of our favorite hops. This beer has strong strong notes of papaya, pineapple, mango smoothie, orange creamsicle, soft pine, and stone fruit.

Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a nice two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet papaya to mango to pineapple along with some peachy and piney soft sweet whiffs then a super light vanilla/lactose thing at the end
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-juicy and bittersweet quality; finishes semi-juicy and slightly creamy with those fruits in a soft sort of way
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue with a light creaminess in there; low key hop bitterness assertiveness and low carb goodness
Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would return to if I could.
