Fruited Gose with strawberries, rhubarb, and sea salt

***This is NOT a smoothie style***

Step into the enchanting world of Firefly Forest, our Spring seasonal release that encapsulates the magic of the season. This Gose style ale is a celebration of the vibrant life and natural beauty that comes alive in the heart of spring, inspired by the twilight spectacle of fireflies illuminating the night sky.

Firefly Forest pours a delicate blush hue, reminiscent of the first blush of dawn or the final glow of a setting sun. As your glass fills, you'll be captivated by the sight, akin to thousands of fireflies taking flight in the twilight, their glow illuminating the mysteries of the forest.

Brewed with strawberries and rhubarb, Firefly Forest evokes the sweet nostalgia of springtime picnics and the joy of discovering nature's bounty. The strawberry lends a juicy, ripe sweetness that dances delightfully with the tangy, earthy notes of rhubarb. This delightful fruit combination paints a picture of strolling through the forest, your path lit by the ethereal glow of fireflies, as you pick wild strawberries and rhubarb along the way.

The addition of sea salt brings balance, like the grounding energy of the forest floor beneath your feet, providing the perfect counterpoint to the tart sweetness of the fruit. The result is a Gose that's as harmonious as a forest coming alive in the spring, each element working in perfect unison to create a beer that's delicious.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange to amber color with a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild lace
Aroma: sweet and tart strawberry tones; tangy to sweet to subtle tart rhubarb character; sly notes of salt
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a nice sweet to tangy tart and sly salty quality; finishes about the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness and a light salty stain to the tongue; good carb level
Overall: nice as a fruited tart ale with salt in it.
