We take our Robust Porter and then make it even better. The Toasted Coconut Porter version adds tropical aromas and a slight nuttiness on the nose. A rich foamy head gets a tad darker, teasing the flavors which are about to follow. The Maillard reactions alter the PH slightly (in a good way), the finish reveals some pleasant residual sweetness and elements of caramelization! Another well balanced treat!
