Bibo (pronounced bēbō) is a true pilsner with ingredients from five different countries that has a pronounced continental hop flavor and aroma in an incredibly well-balanced package. We use an enormous amount of the classic Czech Saaz and a touch of Motueka hops from New Zealand to put a new world twist on this beautiful old world style. Motueka offers a subtle pineapple note that underlies a harmony of the traditional black pepper, herbal, and cracker grain character pilsners are famous for. Bibo is dry, quenching, and frankly amazingly delicious.

Can sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks troubles. Yellow with a white head. Nice fruity, citric and grassy hops, graininess, dry, crisp bitterish finish. Good and refreshing.

Can from Maekchu. Lemony, grainy nose, lightly worty, nice. Cloudy gold with a high head. Crisp, nice bready malt flavor, lemony hops, spicy, peppery hop finish. Good fruit. A well done pils for sure, as I read the explanation I get the old and new world combination of hops. Works well.

Shared by N, I had no idea this was a Top 50 Pils so thanks again. A pale gold lager with a lovely noble hop bouquet. Lovely crisp crackery pale malts with grassy herbal hops. It is a clean quaffable brew.

12 ounce can thanks to Nevitt. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head that goes down a bit. A big sweet toasted pils malt and lemon nose. The flavor is more pils malt, light citrus, dusty, sweet. Very smooth and flavorful.

Can, big thanks to Louie. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium white. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, stinky, weed, white bread, grass, straw and cracker. The taste is crisp, bitter, white bread, grass, weed, herbal, cracker, bread and white pepper, biscuit with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Solid lagerbier style.

Draft at the source. Hazy light yellow color, thick white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of huge white pepper and dusty rising white bread dough. Taste is clean, crisp peppery biscuit. Delicious.
