Many thanks to John for sharing. Fruity interesting beginning. Hints of soft Belgian Ale-yeast, fresh smooth and sticky piney hops. Still highly drinkable. Nice fresh floral hops with a nice fresh hoppy and not too bitter aftertaste. Nice but not too intense in hops. The Belgian yeast is great though.

Poured from bottle light golden color with a thin vanishing head. Aroma of caramel and bread. Taste is sweet with an after taste of citrus.

Bomber. Clear orange amber color, medium white head. Aroma of floral orange candy. Taste is sweet orange peel with a hint of funkiness. Decent.

On tap at the Brick Store Pub. Clear, copper pour, with a huge, pillowy, white head and thick lacing. Smells at first like a standard American IPA, with resinous and earthy hops dominating, but with background notes of bananas, lemon peels, and candi sugar. The flavor is mild bitterness, and light, fruity sweetness. Medium body, creamy, and chewy. Overall, this is a nicely balanced Belgian-style IPA. It avoids the pitfall of overdoing the esters and candi sugar, and instead uses the Belgian yeast to add subtle depth to a good IPA. Very nice.
