Hop House pays homage to the historic hop farm that stood on the brewery grounds over 100 years ago. Hop House combines the delicious aromas and flavors of a Belgian-style ale with generous hopping, including dry-hopping. A well-balanced, yet ample, hop character defines this fine pale ale, bringing Belgian-style beer lovers and hop-heads together to enjoy our Belgian-American love child.

Bottle: Pours bubbling, honey-amber with a tall, off-white head. Belgian yeast, orange/pine aroma. Taste is pine, orange-peel, slightly musty yeast. Tingly carbonation. Piney hops. Nice Belgian/IPA crossover.

Pours hazy gold with lively carbonation, kicking up a fairly thick, frothy head - was hoping for a hoppy Belgian ale and what I got instead is an IPA with a lightly Belgian twist - carbonation is full and round in the mouth - flavor is very dry, crisp, crackery, with a flinty character, some lightly dusty yeast, peppery and citric hops, mild esters and phenolics that play well off the hops - finish is very dry and moderately bitter - despite what I was hoping for, this is fairly enjoyable

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to skim surface leaving sheet lacing. Marshmallow funk and resin aromas. Medium bodied with sour caramel and marshmallow upfront turning to earthy bitter resin in the lasting finish.
