This recipe revisits one of our highest-rated Session IPAs from 2017, Gyle 264, itself a nod to Cellarmaker’s Tiny Dankster.
A touch of caramalt in the base grist provides a subtle malt structure, while Comet and Chinook in the whirlpool layer in bright, resinous bitterness.

The dry hop leans into a now classic pairing of Citra and Mosaic, delivering expressive citrus, soft tropical fruit, and a punchy aromatic finish that still feels as relevant today as it did then.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a sticky loose white head. Aroma is soft wheat, orange rind, woody notes, melon balls, mint. Flavour is composed of dry flaky wheat, bready, waxy citrus, plastic, little thin, mineral finish. Palate is soft flaky wheat, mineral, little thin, moderate carbonation. Pretty good stuff.
