Our first release from 2024 is this juicy, soft Rural Method cider designed for easy drinking and a relatively short maturation – this is ready to drink and tasting great at just over a year from pressing. Blended from Burlands, Home Orchard and Abbots Leigh, this features Bisquet, Dabinett, Browns, Porter’s Perfection and Stoke Red. Well suited to any table or cheeseboard.

750ml bottle. Hazy orange gold colour, bubbly head that quickly dissipates to a thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funky. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, juicy, fruity, alittle core, with orchardy funk, and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
