A complex,bold and tannic blend of Dabinett, Golden Russet, Somerset Redstreak, Kingston Black, Black Twig, Stoke Red, Bulmer's Norman, Tremlett's Bitter, Orange Cox, Harrison, Jonathan, GoldRush and Northern Spy all spontaneously fermented in wood vessels (foeders, puncheons and barrels) and aged to perfection. Our best liquid to be put in can yet!
