Hazy with a light body and color, this is a tasty session-able IPA. You will find Firefly full of tropical flavors, citrus, lemon zest and floral notes. This brew highlights the Motueka hops from New Zealand which give it a flowery-citrus aroma. This Summer IPA is very refreshing and crushable, a must at your next get-together.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark burnt orange to copper color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some lemon zest to floral sweet to semi-bitter hop notes; biscuity malts in the background
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-sweet and then bittersweet sort of quality; finishes bittersweet with an off-dry sort of effect
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness with a little bit of a zesty brush acting semi-assertively to the tongue - it's quaint and mostly non-offensive; good carb level
Overall: works as a "session IPA" and might be a great pounder to crush while grilling, camping or fishing.
