A brightly aromatic ale bursting with Mosaic, Cascade, and Citra hops, delivering waves of tropical mango, grapefruit zest, and fresh pine. Crystal malt adds a gentle caramel sweetness and amber hue, balancing the lively bitterness with smooth toffee undertones. Crisp, vibrant, and refreshingly complex from first sip to clean, citrus finish. Enjoy!

Panda from Colin Bois. Cheers. Slightly opaque amber. Frothy foamy white head. Aroma has an initial resinous bitterness followed by jammy sugary sweetness. Flavourwise there's a resinous streak with a light spice and citrus edge. But there's also an unwanted underlying watery veg element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. The aroma was promising but flava disappointing.

Can at home, from Craft Central.ie, 26/06/2026.
Hazed golden to light copper topped with an egg shell white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is lightly astringent, grass, herb, bitter orange.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, melon, tangerine, grass, pine nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Okay IPA.

New Irish brewery and region!! Longfoirt. Pours golden to orange with a small and lasting white head. Aroma: nectarine, orange peel and biscuity malts. Taste: plenty of nectarine and orange zest. Zesty palate.
