The classic margarita flavors of citrus and salt with a little sour kick are present in this creation for our local taco emporium, Carlita's Way in South Royalton, VT. The traditional gose made with sea salt meets orange and lime to create a tart yet refreshing beer that begs for a sip while consuming your favorite Mexican food. Salud!

Appearance: glossy dark yellow color with a quarter finger's worth of sustaining white foamy head which dissipated nicely but didn't leave much lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hop vibes; light salty notes; then some light lime notes
Flavor: pretty much the same as the aromas - sweet to tart to sour, slightly salty with a touch of citrus zest; finishes salty, citrusy zesty and lime-y
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also the expected tart to sour kick to this; good carb level
Overall: so they thought a margarita style would bang as a gose? Hmmm...well, this isn't bad and though I think I could come back to this for me, it's not exactly a true gose.
