Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazed over orange color with a slight transparency a little here and there around the glass and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to floral to slightly orangey and grapefruity with a slight pop of passion fruit and gooseberry; ever so slight note of clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy to bittersweet quality; finishes semi-bittersweet and a pinch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable; great smoothness along the tongue with barely anything distracting; low-ish carb; and medium to low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: they call it a NEIPA but part of me wonders if this was more geared towards an AIPA which is still good and I would welcome this again.
