A hoppy blue ale. Fresh, zesty profile, with a malty, biscuity base with slightly sweet orange hop notes.

Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours navy blue with a small scummy turquoise head and good lacing. There’s nuts and salt in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with a slightly effervescent texture. Flavour has continental hops, biscuits and malts, with traces of honey, citrus and oranges coming through later leading to a slightly dry finish. This looks extremely weird but tastes decent.
