We had the crew from Pinnacle Brewing swing down from Scottsdale to brew up a hop saturated DDH Hazy IPA with us. We pushed our total wheat and oat profile on this grain bill up to 45% for a velvety smooth mouthfeel and to create a pillowy base to absorb this elevated hop charge. At a rate of 5.5# per barrel we layered in Simcoe Cryo, Galaxy, Superdelic and Peacharine Hop Kief for a refreshingly tropical expression. Expect notes of Passionfruit, Meyer Lemon, Mango, Honeysuckle Nectar & Peach Bellinis.
