Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: somewhat copper to amber to ruddy purple color with a finger and a half of pink foamy head which settled off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple in front; some cinnamon behind that then some subtle sweet corn-like scent
Flavor: mostly sweet through the prior noted aromas with a stealthy little nick of cinnamon spice further down in there; finishes mostly sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue with barely anything distracting; good carb level
Overall: quite the interesting beer that I hear this other brewery in Peru claims it is a "corn beer / Chicha de Jora." Well, here's to trying new styles.
*disclaimer - I only put it as "Spiced / Herbed / Vegetable / Honey - Vegetable" because I couldn't find "Chica de Jora" on here.
