Woops, found some forgotten backlog.
Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark pink to semi-purple-ish with a finger's worth of bubbly pink to off-white head, some light foam here and there inside the head but mostly bubbles; this slid and popped off and barely left any lace
Aroma: mango-ish to pineapple-ish and mixed citrusy toned scents with some vanilla sweetness and a touch of a gooseberry sort of sweet to semi-tart whiff
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a refined sour to tart to semi-sweet sort of quality; finishes mango-like and mixed citrusy with a balanced sour vibe to it
Texture: light to medium bodied; slightly sessionable? yeah, I think so. Slight smoothness with some prickly tart accents nicking the tongue but I somewhat expected that to happen
Overall: I'd say this works as a "sour IPA" and I would welcome this again. Fun stuff.
