Panda at home, thanks to Mark - The Bearded Avenger, 21/06/2026.
Pitch black topped with a khaki head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is chocolate, honeycomb, molasses, brown sugar melt, hint of booze.
Taste comprises chocolate, peanut butter, bitter roast, molasses.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Tidy sipper ... not running silly sweet.

Can bought at Borough Beer House, Farnham. Dark brown and glossy. Frothy foamy dark beige head. Aroma is sweet - berries over peanut butter. Slightly sour edge. Stretch your snozz muscles and there us some bitterness in the depths. Flavourwise it's rich - chocolate and peanut butter over espresso bitterness. Develops a berry edge. The bitterness, for me, does it's important work to stop the adjuncts overpowering the core beer. Thick. Oily. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry astringent finish.
