Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: chill haze to dark yellow to burnt copper color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hops with floral hops and a light sweet orangey hop note in the middle then some light clean biscuity-like malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes bittersweet with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also nothing really there distracting; low-ish carb level with some low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: works mostly as an IPA but Rock Art says it's a "NEIPA" so therefore the numbers will reflect to style.
