I KNOW, I KNOW...nobody wants to drink a pickle. Well, that’s not entirely true. IT seems this concept can be polarizing, but those who are brave enough to lift a glass of this sour ale aged in oak with homegrown dill & cucumbers are more often rewarded than appalled.
The refreshing flavor of cucumbers paired with assertive tartness of barrel-aged sour ale & the earthy spice of dill equate to a delicious beverage. Disagree? Well, just DILL with it.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong dill pickle and funk. Thin mouthfeel, wheat, dill, light tartness. Good.

Bottle from brewery. Pours golden with white head. Nose/taste like a cucumber salad - lots of fresh cucumber, dill, soft yeast and touch of lemon bread. Lighter body. A touch overcarbonated.
