The Prodigal Haze Part XI continues our exploration of intense hop character! This rendition features a blend of hand-selected hops from two of our favorite New Zealand farms: Clayton Hops and Freestyle Hops. Brewed with a focus on cool whirlpool temperatures and massive hop additions, it bursts with aromas of white grape, passionfruit sorbet, lime hard candies, lychee soda, and citrusy pine!
Pouring a pale yellow hue, akin to Part X, this hazy beauty is a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Our house yeast’s creamy qualities meld with these tropical aromas, blurring the line between a Triple IPA and a fresh, sweet smoothie.
As with every Prodigal Haze release, the experience remains as enticing on the last sip as it is on the first. Enjoy!

Pours a hazy, almost glowing, butterscotch-lemon color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is bright, juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow--I would swear this had some actual fruit added, but don't see mention of that on the can. Just a touch of alcohol. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
