This bright golden West Coast IPA is the result of a 13-year partnership built on trust with Yakima Chief. The aromatic profile is an explosion of innovation, featuring the European debut of Strata® Cryo®, which brings a complex array of strawberry, passion fruit, and herbal sage notes. This foundation is amplified by the intense character of the New Zealand Riwaka™ hop, flooding the nose with strong grapefruit and passion fruit aromas, while Simcoe® Cryo® rounds out the blend with its signature peach fragrance.

On the palate, the beer is clean with the resonant bitterness typical of the style. The Cryo® technology ensures that the passion fruit and grapefruit zest shine with crystal-clear purity, free from vegetal interference. The balance between Strata’s bubblegum and sage nuances and Simcoe’s fruity peach sweetness creates a vibrant, dry experience. A high-level technical collaboration that brings together the world’s most sought-after hop varieties for the first time in a single glass.

Malts: Barley malt.
Hops: Strata® Cryo®, Simcoe® Cryo® and Riwaka™.
Doble Dryhopping: Strata® Cryo®, Simcoe® Cryo® and Riwaka™.

Draught Very huge & dense, lightly yellowish head over hazy yellow-golden beer. Dry lupulin nose, rather intense; citrus, citruspeel, ever so slightly perfumey. Bitter lupulin, dry orangepeel, other dry fruit. Long lasting dry-fruity flavours. Bit rootspices. Medium bodied, quite hopoilslick, good carbonation. Quite good West Coast IPA!
