Our latest bourbon series was such a hit that we couldn't leave it at there: fortunately the Woodford Double Oak barrel has plenty of capacity for 2-3 uses at least, so as soon as it was empty, we refilled it - at the time, the crowd favorite Night at the Seaside was on hand, so a thick, chocolatey and excitingly tonka bean-flavored concoction was placed in bourbon barrels for a year, to be released as a velvety cloud of flavor in the form of our new, barrel-aged piece.
