New England style IPA utilizing all Viking Malting Company malts. M Pale Ale Malt, Malted Wheat and Vienna malts with a whirlpool of Citra hops in the kettle. Dry hopped with more Citra and some Mosaic hops. Fermented with an English Ale strain that produces a medium ester profile, leaving some residual sweetness, helping accentuate both malt and hop flavors and aromas, while retaining a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of sweet fruit, citrus, dank berry and currant.
