This homage to Belgian-Style Gueuze was conjured from a blend of Farmhouse Ale aged one year in Hungarian Oak wine puncheons & mixed-culture golden ale aged 3 years in chardonnay barrels.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium thin bone white head that burns away quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast and oak. Light-bodied with flavors of funky citrus, oak, yeast and mild hops. The finish is tart and funky with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good hybrid type beer overall.
