The taste is initially it is deceptively smooth, then dries out, dry oak, tannic, leather, apple skin, puckering, crunchy apple, kaki fruit, nip for booze, white grape skin and earth with a bone dry, tannin finish. Medium body and limited carbonation. Punchy and commands attention. Tannic and dry. Interesting sup. Not their most drinkable and but very unique.
